Common Questions
Do you clean high-rise apartment windows?
Yes, for high-rise apartments, we clean from the inside where possible. For exterior cleaning, if the balcony is accessible, we do it. We do NOT use rope access for individual apartments.
Will hard water stains go?
We use specialized descaling agents to remove hard water deposits. However, if the glass is etched (permanently damaged by long-term deposits), 100% removal might not be possible, but clarity will improve significantly.
